COLD LIQUOR TANKS
Cold liquor tanks from Craftmaster Stainless is just what a brewer needs to streamline his brewing capabilities and make the best product possible. From the very beginning of the brewing process, temperature will be one of the things you keep the closest eye on. Even before fermentation begins, making sure that your beer wort is at the correct temperature for each step is essential. For many brewing operations, this is where cold liquor tanks can be extremely useful. These tanks store fresh filtered water or groundwater at lower than ambient temperatures, usually somewhere around 40°F. Once chilled, you can use this cold liquor to cool down your beer wort. Water coming from cold liquor tanks to reduce the temperature of the wort can then transfer to a hot liquor tank as well, increasing your brewery’s water consumption efficiency. Craftmaster Stainless crafts high-quality cold liquor tanks to reduce water waste and improve the brewing process. When trying to figure out the correct size needed for purchasing your cold liquor tank a good rule of thumb is to double the size of your Brewing system.
